hold a public hearing and rule on (2) Rezoning Applications on Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom, second floor, Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition,
Chatham, Virginia.
Case 1 Jimmie L. New & Patricia A. New, R-11-010 – The property is 20.00 acres, located on State Road 62/Milton Highway, in the Dan River Election District and shown on the Pittsylvania
County Tax Maps as GPIN # 2366-71-3618/182-A-37D. The applicants are requesting to rezone from R-1, Residential Suburban Subdivision District to A-1, Agricultural District for agricultural
use (a horse barn).
