Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia. Case 1 William B. Harper, R-10-021 – The properties are a total of 1.73 acres, two parcels, located on Highway 41/Franklin Turnpike, in the Westover Election District and shown on the Pittsylvania County Tax Maps as GPIN #s 2410-51-3446/151-4-8 (1.25 acres) and # 2410-51-2374/151-4-6 (0.48 acre). The applicant is requesting to rezone from B-1, Business District, Limited and R-1, Residential Suburban Subdivision District to B-2, Business District, General for future commercial development.
