As required by Virginia Code § 15.2-1800(B), the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors will
hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, in the Board Meeting Room,
39 Bank Street, Chatham, Virginia 24531, to receive citizen input on the potential disposition of
9.519 acres of publicly-owned land adjacent to Southside Lofts to Southside Soccer Club Inc., (a
non-profit corporation); said land is located at 200 Blairs Middle School Circle, Blairs, Virginia
24527, in the Chatham-Blairs Election District, and shown on the Tax Map as GPIN# 2421-71-
1625. A complete copy of all related documentation is available at the Pittsylvania County
Administrator’s Office, 1 Center Street, Chatham, Virginia 24531, Monday through Friday, 8:00
