Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia. Case 1 Jackie Ray Atkinson, Jr., & Jennifer K. Atkinson, R-10-015 – The property is a total of 1.19 acres, two parcels, located on U.S. Highway 41/Franklin Turnpike, in the Westover Election District and shown on the Pittsylvania County Tax Maps as GPIN # 2319-86-0003/151-19-67 (.51 acre) and # 2319-85-1927/151-19-72 (.68 acre). The applicants are requesting to rezone from R-1, Residential Suburban Subdivision District to B-2, Business District, General for an insurance office.
