the public hearings, the Planning Commission will make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. The schedule contains (4) Rezoning Applications. The Board of Supervisors will hold

Case 1 Roy Bennett & Doris Bennett, R-10-011 – The property is 1.22 acres, located on State Road 640/Renan Road, in the Staunton River Election District and shown on the Pittsylvania
County Tax Maps as GPIN # 2563-50-9918/35-A-12. The applicants are requesting to rezone from R-1, Residential Suburban Subdivision District to A-1, Agricultural District for future subdivision
of the property for family members.
