Local Economic Benefits
Local Subscribership –Applicant will perform local outreach to
ensure residents of Pittsylvania County are aware of the
Project and ability to voluntarily subscribe
Monetary Contribution –Applicant will voluntarily provide
annual cash payments to Pittsylvania County for public
improvements, matching recent Siting Agreements approved
in the County on a $/MWac basis
•Projected Value over Life of Project: $250,000
•No cost or strain on County services, compared to alternate forms of
development
