The Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December
21, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at the Board Meeting Room, 39 Bank Street, Chatham, Virginia 24531, to
receive public comment on the potential consideration of execution of solar siting agreements for
potential solar projects in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, as required by Virginia Code § 15.2-
2316(B). Related documentation/information is available for public viewing at the County
Administration Building, 1 Center Street, Chatham, Virginia 24531, Monday through Friday from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on the County’s website: www.pittsylvaniacountyva.gov.
