As required by Virginia Code § 15.2-1800(B), the Board of Supervisors of Pittsylvania County,
Virginia, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at the Board Meeting
Room, 39 Bank Street, SE, Chatham, Virginia, 24531, to receive citizen input on the lease of
publicly owned property at the County Landfill, located at 382 Rainbow Lane, Dry Fork, Virginia,
24549, also designated as Tax Parcel numbers 2413-47-1490, 2413-38-1912 and 2413-59-6730,
for the potential installation of solar facilities by A.C. Power 13, LLC. A full text and related

Administration Building, 1 Center Street, Chatham, Virginia, 24531, on Monday through Friday,
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on the County’s website, www.pittsylvaniacountyva.gov.
