The Board of Supervisors of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday,
November 19, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the General District Courtroom of the Edwin R. Shields
Courtroom Addition, Chatham, Virginia, 24531, to receive citizen input on the potential removal
of Chapter 27 Outdoor Burning, and Chapter 31 Fire Prevention-Emergency Ambulance Service,
of the Pittsylvania County Code. The full text of the proposed revisions is available in the

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on the County’s website,
