The Board of Supervisors of Pittsylvania County, Virginia (the “BOS”), will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at 7:00 p. m., in the General District Courtroom, located on the second
floor of the Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia, as required by Virginia
Code § 15.2-1800(B), to receive citizen input on the proposed execution of a lease between the
BOS and the Gospel Tabernacle Outreach Center of approximately 7.5 acres located near 203
Northside Drive, Gretna Virginia 24557, a publicly owned ball field, for use by the Gospel
Tabernacle Outreach Center. A full copy of the proposed lease is available in the Pittsylvania
County Administrator’s Office, 1 Center Street, Chatham, Virginia, Monday through Friday, from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for public viewing, and on the County’s website at
www.pittsylvaniacountyva.gov.
