The Boazd of Supervisors of Pittsylvania County, in regulaz meeting on the 7~' day of
January 2008 adopted the following:
RESOLUTION
2007-11-74 (a)
WHEREAS, the streets described on the attached VDOT Form AM-4.3 fully incorporated
herein by reference, aze shown on plats recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of
Pittsylvania, and
WHEREAS, the Resident Administrator for the Virginia Department of Transportation
has advised this Board the streets meet the requirements established by the Virginia Department
of Transportation, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this Boazd requests the Virginia Department
of Transportation to add the streets described on the attached Additions Form AM-4.3 to the
secondary system of state highways, pursuant to section 33.1-229 and 33.1-221 of the Code of
Virginia, and the Department's Subdivision Street Requirements, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Boazd guarantees a cleaz and unrestricted right-of-
way, as described, and any necessary easements for cuts, fills, and drainage, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolution be forwazded to
-the Resident Administrator for the Virginia Department of Transportation.
