RESOLUTION
#2007-04- 31
- WHEREAS, Pittsylvania County participates with the Virginia Department of
Transportation in the revenue sharing projects, and
WHEREAS, the .County of Pittsylvania has a balance on several revenue sharing
projects that needs to be utilized on a revenue sharing project in Pittsylvania County, and
WHEREAS, the Virginia .Department of Transportation is currently trying to
phase out all existing revenue`sharing projects balances, then'
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Pittsylvania County Board of
Supervisors requests the. Virginia Department of Transportation to transfer .the balance of
Revenue Sharing Funds under Pittsylvania County to the Cane Creek Parkway Revenue
Sharing Project on behalf of the County of Pittsylvania.
