80' Right-of-Way-Cane Creek CentrePITTSYLVANIA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RESOLUTION 2007-02-14 WHEREAS, The Directors of the Danville-Pittsylvania Regional Industrial Facility Authority, at their regular meeting session, on the December 18, 2006, agreed to transfer the required 80' right-of--way of the Cane Creek Parkway, in order to accommodate the Virginia Department of Transportation of taking over the required maintenance; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Danville-Piftsylvania Regional Industrial Facility Authority, at their regular;: meeting session on Monday February 12, 2007, agreed to transfer the required 80' 'right-of--way by recordation of the required plat to the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors; and WHEREAS, the representatives from the Virginia Department of Transportation have reviewed this required street,,noting that it meets the requirements established by the Virginia Department of Transportation fore entrance `into the Secondary Road System; then BE 'IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors hereby request that the Virginia Department of Transportation to accept the maintenance of Cane Creek Industrial-- Parkway... for which guarantees a 80' clear and unrestricted right-of--way including any necessary easement for cuts, fills, and drainage from State''Route 733 (Barker Road) to he existing`-cut de sac, .568 miles in length.
