RESOLUTION
2007-02-10
WHEREAS, the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors received asixty-foot right-
of-way from Kenneth H. and Matthew P. Johnson in Deed Book 1510, Page 539; and
WHEREAS, the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors received asixty-foot right-
of-way from the Pittsylvania Industrial Development Authority as recorded in the Clerk of
Courts Office as instrument #060002630, Map Book 44, Page 16-J and Instrument #0603083,
Page 31; and
WHEREAS, required Industrial Access Road has been completed from U.S. Route 58
in a northerly direction .1860 miles in accordance with the Virginia Department of
Transportation Standards; then
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors
hereby requests the Virginia Department of Transportation to accept for maintenance Brosville
Industrial Drive, for which it guarantees asixty-foot clear and unrestricted right-of--way,
including any necessary easements for cuts, fills, and drainage, from US Route 58 to the cul-
de-sac, 0.18 miles in length.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the
Residency Administrator for the Virginia Department of Transportation.

In relation to your letter of February 13, 2007, and afollow-up of July 2, 2007, I submit
to you a revised amended Resolution for the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors
#2007-02-10 which meets the criteria of your request. This has been reviewed with the
chairman of the Board of Supervisors and will be ratified into the minutes of the
Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors adjoined meeting on Tuesday July 17, 2007.

Secondary''System; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the
Residency Administrator for the Virginia Department of Transportation.
