RESOLUTION 2010-09-09
WHEREAS, Section 33 1-69 of thc Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, places the
control supervis~on, management and ~urisdiction over the Secondary System of State Highways
m the Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the Department of "l~ransportation maintams safety and warning sign and
dev~ces for the protection of the publ~c usmg the Secondary System of Highways; then
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the P~ttsylvama County Board of Supervisors
respectfully requests the Department of Transportat~on to ~nstall "No Litter" signs on State Route
668 (Level Run Road) in the Staunton River District of Prttsylvama County, Virgmia
