RESOLUTION 85-4-240
VIRGINIA: At a meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Pittsylvania County
held this 1st day of April, 1985, it was duly moved and seconded that:
WHEREAS, Primary Route 58, from 0.23 Mi. W. of E. Int. Rte. 1040 to
0.72 Mi. E. of E. Int. Rte. 1040, has been altered and a new road has been con-
structed and approved by the State Highway Commissioner, which new road serves
the same citizens as the road so altered; and
WHEREAS, certain section of this new road follow new location, these being
shown on attached sketch titled "Changes in Primary System Due to Relocation
and Construction Route 58, Project 0058-071-S10-PE101, C501" dated at Richmond,
Virginia, January 22, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the portions of old location Rte.
58 i. e. section 1, 2, and 3 shown in red on the sketch titled "Changes in
Primary System Due to Relocation and Construction Route 58, Project 0058-
071-510, PE-101, C501", dated at Richmond, Virginia, January 22, 1985, a total
distance of 0.92 miles, be and hereby is added to Secondary System of State
Highway pursuant to section 33.1-299 of the Code of Virginia of 1950 amended:
AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That portion of new location Rte. 58 i.e.
section 4 and 5 shown in brown on the sketch titled "Changes in Primary System
Due to Relocation and Construction Route 58, Project 0058-071-S10, PE-101,
C501", dated at Richmond, Virginia, January 22, 1985, a total distance of 0.038
miles, be and hereby is added to Secondary System of State Highway pursuant
to Section 33.1-299 of the Code of Virginia of 1950 amended;
