RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR RONALD S. SCEARCE
The Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors("Board")adopted the following Resolution at its Business
Meeting on December 21, 2021:
WHEREAS, Ronald S. Scearce ("Scearce") was elected as Vice-Chairman of the Board on January 2,
2020, and has served as Vice-Chairman for the past two(2)years; and
WHEREAS, Scearce has tirelessly given his time and effort to improve Pittsylvania County, Virginia
("County"), by serving in the capacity as Vice-Chairman; and
WHEREAS, Scearce has, by his dedication and leadership, faithfully and dutifully served the Board and
County citizens; now
THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, on behalf of the Board all the County citizens,that we
express our sincerest appreciation to Scearce for his outstanding service and exemplary leadership as Vice-
Chairman; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be presented to Scearce.
