meeting a motion was made by Mr. Warren, seconded by Mr. Barber that required a 10-Day Layover
that has now been met. Roll Call Vote Required.

8. Request to Set Public Hearing – Property Lease Agreement with the Trustees of
United Steelworkers Local Union 9428
9. Recommendations from Personnel Committee – The Board of Supervisors’ Personnel
Committee will meet at 3:30 PM on Tuesday, August 16, 2016. Any recommendations from the
Committee will be presented to the Board of Supervisors.
