Meeting was called to order by Scottie Adams, Chair
Moment of Silence observed
Item 1: Agenda was provided and approved.
Minutes from the previous meeting were approved. Motion by Scott Cowan, Seconded by Dean Fowler. Motion passed
unanimously.
Item 2: Billing Issues or concerns:
Mt. Cross Fire & Rescue has met the requirement of notification to withdraw from EMAC. They are no longer a member.
Chief Fowler advised his agency was having some problems using Elite Software. All County transport agencies are to be
adhering to County rates and not setting their own. No one is authorized to bill for a refusal of patient transport.
Item 3:Medicare Renewal
County has been working with MED3000 to renew Medicare paperwork revalidation. Due by June .
Item 4: OMD
Agencies are working toward replacing current OMD
