7. Public Hearing to receive citizen input on the proposed amendment to Chapter 6-6.3,
Property Exempt by Classification or Designation, of the Pittsylvania County Code.
The proposed amendment would establish a tax exempt status for real property to include
Parcels #1377-87-3469 and #1377-87-4402 owned by Bachelors Hall Volunteer Fire
Department.

8. Expenditure Refunds – November 2015 – At the Board’s meeting on December 7, 2015,
a motion was made by Mr. Blackstock, seconded by Mr. Harville, which required a 10-
Day Layover that has now been met. Roll Call Vote required.

Facilities Committee met at 3:30pm on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 and any
