I. Call to Order
Meeting called to order by Hite at 6:00 P.M.
II. Roll Call
IDA roll call by Robertson. All IDA members present.
Staff Present
Gregory L. Sides, Assistant County Administrator
Brenda O. Robertson, Legal Secretary/IDA Clerk
III. Anuroval of Agenda
Motion made by Haymore, seconded by Anderson, to approve the meeting's Agenda. Motion carried
unanimously.
IV. Approval of Meetin Minutes
Motion by Anderson, seconded by McMahon, to approve the October 13, 2015 meeting minutes. November
meeting was cancelled. Motion carried unanimously.
V. Review of Financial Statements (11/15 and 12/15)
The IDA Regular Checking Account balance as of November 17, 2015, was $299,664.97. The IDA Checking
Account balance as of December 4, 2015, was $299,667.10. The A cor Debt Reserve Account balance as of
November 17, 2015, was $274,946.55, and the AacaLOr Debt Reserve Account balance as of December 4, 2015,
was $280,642.02. BB&T Loan Account balance as of November 17, 2015, was $1,631,003.70. BB&T Loan
Account balance as of December 4, 2015, was $1,624,975.02. Motion by Mahan, seconded by Faucette, to
approve financial reports for both months. Motion carried unanimously.
VI. New Business
A. Election of2016 Officers
Motion by Anderson, seconded by McMahon, to nominate Hite as Chairman. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by McMahon to nominate Mahan as Vice-Chairman, Motion carried
unanimously. Motion by McMahon, seconded by Haymore, to nominate Simpson for Sec./Treas. Motion
carried

B. McMahon Re-Aaaointment (2016 — 2019)
IDA was notified that McMahon has been reappointed to the IDA, and will serve another four (4) year term
January 2016 — December 2019).
C. Reimbursement Request for Stipends and Clerk's Salarv (FY15)
Robertson presented a letter to the IDA evincing that IDA stipends and IDA Clerk's salary has been reimbursed
by County for FY 15.
VII. Undates bv Gre orv L. Sides (Assistant Countv Administrator/Plannin & Develoament)
Sides gave an update of the status of SIPS issue and the Brosville Industrial Park.
VIII. Matters from the Board
The IDA Board commended Mr. Sides for all updates, and for his attendance at the meetings.
IX. Adiourn
With there being no further business, Motion was made by Haymore, seconded by Anderson, to adjourn meeting.
Motion carried unanimously. Hite adjourned meeting at 6:47 P.M.
