Meeting was called to order by Scott Cowan, Chair
Roll Call: Scott Cowan (Laurel Grove), Jim Davis, Scottie Adams (Cool Branch Rescue), Dean Fowler (Blairs Fire & Rescue),
Riley Adkins, (Mt. Cross Fire & Rescue), Jennifer Maurakis (Callands Fire & Rescue), Mike Shelton (640 Rescue), Alan
Roberts (Bachelors Hall)
Item 1: Agenda was provided and approved.
Minutes from the previous meeting were approved. Motion by Scottie Adams, Seconded by Mike Shelton. Passed
Item 2: MED3000 Update
Scottie Adams gave update with SQ30 and their status of starting their billing in the system. Scottie also provided the
name change and contact for MED3000
Med3000 is using the name MCKESSON now.

Item 3: Bylaws
Discussion was made concerning Bylaw changes. Information was drafted and sent to the County Attorney for review
and approval/suggestions.
Action Item:
Jim Davis to send to County Attorney draft changes.
Item 4: Agency Performance
Discussion was made concerning creating a performance review group with guidelines and policy for EMS agencies
within the County.
Action Item:
Motion was made to send to the Fire & Rescue Association a request to create a performance review group within the
association. Develop guidelines and policy. Have the subcommittee of the association to send a draft to the EMAC for
approval. Scottie Adams motion, Alan Roberts seconded. Motion Passed
