PRESS 11.13PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY REZONINGS CYCLE 273 Public hearings will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom, second floor, Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia. After the public hearings, the Planning Commission will make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors (`BOS"). The schedule contains six (6) Rezoning Applications. The BOS will hold a public hearing and rule on six (6) Rezoning Applications on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom, second floor, Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia. Copies of the proposed Rezoning Applications are available for public review in the Office of Code Compliance, 53 North Main Street, Chatham, Virginia, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Mannin¢, R-13-057 - The properties are a total of 4.48 acres, four (4) parcels of land, located on State Road 745/Mount View Road, in the Chatham-Blairs Election District and shown on the Pittsylvania County Ta�c Maps as GPIN #s 2421-13-5152/138-A- 82A (2.23 Acres), 2421-03-8566/138D- 1-4 (1.24 Acre), 2421-03-9615/138D-1- 5 (0.50 Acre) and 2421-03-9783/138D- 1-6 (0.51 Acre). The applicant is requesting to rezone from R-1, Residential Suburban Subdivision District to A-1, Agricultural District to make the zoning consistent with the adjacent parcel of land zoned A-I. The applicants are requesting to rezone from R-1, Residential Suburban Subdivision District to M-1, Industrial District, Light Industry to combine with the adjacent parcel of land zoned M-1.
