The Board of Supervisors of Pittsylvania County hereby gives notice in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Pittsylvania County Code, Land Use; that of the
two forms sent to land owners in the Land Use Program only one form, identified
as “Land Use Revalidation Category” is the official County form required to be
filled out. Land owners in the Land Use Program are not required to fill out the
second form as it is not an approved form from the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors as identified in Section 6-12.1, Subsection B, of the Pittsylvania
County Code. The second form may be completed by the land owner for
informational purposes only.
