Briefing on the Virginia Southside Transco Interstate Natural Gas Pipeline Expansion Project by The Williams Companies, Inc. 8. Virginia Retirement System – Employer Retirement Rate Election Resolution 9. Virginia Retirement System – Member Contribution Election Resolution 10. FY2012/2013 Annual County Budget Amendment – Mr. Harville 11. Board Review of Chapter 21- Water & Sewer Connection Fees, of the Pittsylvania County Code -Mr. Ecker APPOINTMENTS 12. Southern Area Agency on Aging Board of Directors – The Reverend John Clark holds a position that will expire June 6, 2012. This will end Rev. Clark’s 1st 3-year term, and he is eligible for reappointment. 13. Dan River Small Business Development Center Board of Directors (a) Mr. Glenn Giles holds a seat that will expire on June 30, 2012. This is a 2-year term seat and Mr. Giles is eligible for re-appointment. (b) Mr. Donnie Stevens holds a seat that will expire on June 30, 2012. This is a 2-year term seat and Mr. Stevens is eligible for re-appointment. 14. Danville Airport Commission – Mr. Eugene F. Jackson holds a seat that will expire on June 30, 2012. This is a 3-year term position and Mr. Jackson is eligible for re-appointment. 15. Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services Board (a) Mr. James Clark, III holds a seat that will expire on June 30, 2012. Mr. Clark has already held three consecutive 3-year terms and is not eligible for re-appointment. This position represents the Tunstall District. (b) Mr. Dean Jennings holds a seat that will expire on June 30, 2012. Mr. Jennings has already held three consecutive 3-year terms and is not eligible for re-appointment. This position represents the Staunton River District. (c) Ms. Gayla R. Wood holds a seat that will expire on June 30, 2012. At the end of her current term, Ms. Wood has indicated she will be moving out of state and therefore cannot be re- appointed. This position represents the Chatham-Blairs District. 16. Pittsylvania County Public Library Board of Trustees (a) Ms. Debra Turner, representative for the Tunstall District, holds a seat that will expire on June 30, 2012. This is a 4-year term position and Ms. Turner is eligible for re-appointment. (b) Ms. Debra Dockery, representative for the Westover District, holds a seat that will expire on June 30, 2012. This is a 4-year term position and Ms. Dockery is eligible for re-appointment. BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS REPORTS FROM LEGAL COUNSEL REPORTS FROM COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR CLOSED SESSION 17. Closed Session: Consultation with Legal Counsel and Briefings by Staff Members or Consultants pertaining to actual or probable litigation, where such consultations or briefings in open meeting would adversely affect the negotiating or litigation posture of the Public Body; and consultation with Legal Counsel employed or retained by a Public Body regarding specific legal matters requiring provision of legal advice to such counsel.
