Re-adopt Existing By Laws – At the January 3, 2012 meeting of the Board a substitute motion was made by Mr. Ecker, seconded by Mr. Hagerman. Since a substitute motion was made that would amend the By-Laws, a 10-Day Layover was required that has now been met. 7. Work Force Investment Act (WIA) Budget Amendments – At the January 3, 2012 meeting of the Board, a motion was made by Mr. Ecker, seconded by Mr. Snead and has now bet the 10-Day Layover requirement. 8. Expenditure Refund - At the January 3, 2012 meeting of the Board, a motion was made by Mr. Harville, seconded by Mr. Snead and has now bet the 10-Day Layover requirement. NEW BUSINESS 9. Kenneth Martin - Residency Maintenance Manager (RMM) for the Halifax Residency of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). The Halifax Residency includes the counties of Halifax and Pittsylvania. 10. Recommendations from Finance Committee- Finance Committee will have met a 4:30pm on January 17, 2012. (a) 2012-2013 Budget Calendar 11. Recommendations from Property & Building Committee – Property & Building Committee will have met at 5:00pm on January 17, 2012.
