Public hearings will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom, second floor, Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia. After
the public hearings, the Planning Commission will make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. The schedule contains (6) Rezoning Applications, (1) Special Use Permit Application
and (1) Variance Application. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing and rule on (6) Rezoning Applications on Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the General District
Courtroom, second floor, Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia. The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing and rule on (1) Special Use Permit Application
and (1) Variance Application on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom, second floor, Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia.
Case 1 Eric Wayne Faris, R-10-041 – The property is 1.15 acres, located on State Road 665/Rockford School Road, in the Staunton River Election District and shown on the Pittsylvania
County Tax Maps as GPIN # 2536-76-6975. The applicant is requesting to rezone from R-1, Residential Suburban Subdivision District to A-1, Agricultural District for a storage building
for tractors.

Addition, Chatham, Virginia, to receive citizen input and make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding an application for a Conservation Easement for Robert M. Pollok,
Jr., and Billie S. Pollok. The properties are a total of 252.37 acres, three parcels, located on State Road 865/Clearview Drive, in the Chatham-Blairs Election District and shown on
the Pittsylvania County Tax Maps as GPIN #s 1490-04-9682/136-A-55 (110.72 acres), # 1490-12-8416/149-A-1B (2.65 acres) and # 1490-22-1353/
149-A-1 (139.00 acres). A copy of the proposed easement will be available for review in the Office of Code Compliance, 53 North Main Street, Chatham, Virginia, between the hours of
