Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia. Case 1 Climax Community Center, LLC, R-10-047 – The property is 0.52 acre, located on State Road 799/Climax Road, in the Callands-Gretna Election District and shown on the Pittsylvania County Tax Maps as GPIN # 1498-33-3555/70A-1-3. The applicant is requesting to rezone from R-1, Residential Suburban Subdivision District to B-2, Business District, General to make the zoning consistent with the adjoining parcel and for future commercial development.
