WHEREAS, your Petitioner, Edge Hill Church Parsonage, has filed with the Secretary to
the Zoning Administrator a petition to obtain a Sign Permit for a second on -site church sign.
WHEREAS, the petition was referred to the Planning Commission which, considered
this petition in a public hearing on February 2, 2010; and
WHEREAS, at that public hearing all parties in interest were afforded an opportunity to
be heard; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after due consideration has recommended to the
Pittsylvania County Board of Zoning Appeals that the Sign Permit be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission recommends to
the Pittsylvania County Board of Zoning Appeals that the above -referenced parcel of land be
granted the Sign Permit.
