TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF PITTSYL VANIA COUNTY
WHEREAS, your Petitioners, Ethel Dalton & Julie Creasy, did petition the Pittsylvania County
Board of Zoning Appeals to issue a Special Use Permit for the above -referenced parcel of land to place a
single -wide mobile home to be used as Mrs. Creasy's residence.
WHEREAS, after due legal notice as required by Section 15.1-431 of Code of Vkg nia of 1950, as
amended. the Planning Commission did hold a public hearing on December 4, 2001 at which time, all
parties in interest were given opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, after full consideration at the public hearing held on December 11, 2001, at which
time all parties in interest were given an opportunity to be heard; and the Pittsylvania County Board of
Zoning Appeals determined that the Special Use Permit be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED that the aforementioned parcel of land, which are
contained in the Pittsylvania County tax maps as parcel # 43-3-1 and legally described below be granted a
Special Use Permit to place a single -wide mobile home to be used as Mrs. Creasy's residence.
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY- A 1.0 acre parcel of land, generally located within the Callands-
Gretna Magisterial District, and recorded as parcel # 43-3-1 in the Pittsylvania County tax records.
CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE SPECL4L USE PERMIT. None
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this be transmitted to the Zoning Administrator and
that he be directed to reflect that change on the official Zoning Map of Pittsylvania County.
