BACKGROUND:
Ethel Dalton & Julie D. Creasy petitioned the Planning Commission/Board of Zoning Appeals on October 25, 2001 requesting a
Special Use Permit on 1.0 acre, shown on the Pittsyivania County Tax Maps as 43-3-1, located on State Road 765, in the Callands-
Gretna District.
DISCUSSION:
Mrs. Creasy's mobile home is currently located on an adjacent lot, parcel 46B, which is owned by a relative. She would like to
relocate the mobile home to the petitioned property, of which she is part owner. The property is currently vacant. The immediate
surrounding area is developed with single-family dwellings, single -wide and double -wide mobile homes. There were two MH R- Is
approved by the board in the immediate area, Cases M-94-017 & Case M-92-020.
DIRECTIONS•
From Gretna go Route 40 West and take a right on State Road 790 (Piney Road). Bare to the left, which is State Road 765 (Sandy
Road). Go approximately 1.2 miles and the site will be on the right.
