Public hearings will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom, second floor, Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia. After

and (1) Sign Permit Application on Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom, second floor, Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition, Chatham, Virginia.
Case 1 Katie Alvis Burnette, Life Estate, Lisa Jayne Burnette Cox, Remainderman, and Tony Wallace Burnette, Remainderman, R-10-028 – The property is 1.00 acre, located off State Road
640/Spring Garden Road, in the Banister Election District and shown on the Pittsylvania County Tax Maps as GPIN # 2443-16-6998/113-10-3B. The applicants are requesting to rezone from
