County Administrator 45 Days Needs AssessmentMay 16, 2023 County Administrator 45 Day Preliminary Need Assessment Assessment Purpose •Even though this is preliminary, it is important for County to achieve at a long-term strategic level. •There is a tendency to become engaged in daily issues “of the moment.” •While day-to day issues require prompt resolution, it is the long-term needs, goals and projects which will measure success of the County’s future. •The list is not yet comprehensive but an indication of what I and staff see as prominent needs requiring clear strategic focus.
