Seclion 35-182. Minimum Yazd
Dimensions. (13.) Side Setback of the
Pittsylvania CounTy Zoning Ordinance.
A Variance of 26 feet is needed to the
side setback to allow for eonstruction of
x new church sanemary and drive-under
canopy. The petitioner has 45496 (eet
of road frontage. Ten pereent (]0%) of
the road frontage would be 45.48 feet;
however, the applicant can only meet
19.51 feet off the side setback;
therefore, a variance of 26 feet is
needed to meet the side setback
requirements. The Comprehensive Plan
