Stowe opened the public hearing at 7:04 p.m. Mr. Shelton, Director of Code Compliance, repoxted that Carlos McCoy had petitioned to rezone 0.45 acre, located on State Road 716/I{eeling Dxive, in the Dan Rivex Election Disrricc fxom R-1, Residential Suburban Subdivision Disrsict to A-1, Agxicultuxal District to combine with the adjacent pazcel of land zoned A-1 and to makc the zoning consistent with the adjacent parcels of land. Weathexfoxd, seconded by Mr. Modey, to xecomxnend the Boaxd of Supervisors deny this rezoning request. Modon passed unanimously by a 7 to 0 vote (Mr. HarvIlle abstained from voting). This concludes the Special Use Permit case. OLD BUSINESS MT. Haroille stated he had no xeport on the grass ardinance yet. Mx. Shelton staced he would check to see if there are any gTass oxdinances in the surrounding counaes. He also suggested that Mx. Shelton check with the County Attoxney regarding the possible adopnon of a nuisance oTClinance in the Count}� to cover everything including problems with high grass gxowth.
