Simpson petirioned the Planning Commission/Boazd of Zoning Appeals on September 27, 2012, requesting a Special Use Pemut on 4.50 acxes, shown on the Pittsylvania Counry Tax maps as GPIN # 2524-84 1259, located on State Road 665/Rockfoid School Road, in the Staunton Rivet Elecrion District. The applicant would like to place a single-wide mobile home on this ptoperty foi his gcanddaughtex's residence. The applicant does not know the model of the single-avide mobile home, as it has not yet been pucchased. See Map Quest Directions. During the discussion, it was stated there are single-wide mobile homes up the xoad from this location.
